  • Use project management methods on participants' projects, e.g.
    • create a work breakdown structure
    • use team estimating
    • work on quality standards
    • create a responsibility matrix
    • create a communications management plan
    • create a risk register
    • work on suitable methods of monitoring and controlling

Precondition

Participant must have attended "Manage projects - basic training"
